DISC+ Personality Assessment
Included in the program, agents receive a DISC+ Personality Assessment. This assessment helps agents create a marketing plan that aligns perfectly with their unique personality type. We believe lead generation should be enjoyable, and we show agents how to make it a fun and engaging part of their business.
Weekly Meetings and Accountability Reports
Agents will meet via Zoom each week to discuss their activities and progress from the previous week. These sessions provide valuable insights into the numbers, allowing the entire cohort to learn from each other’s successes and challenges. Additionally, these meetings include personal and professional development topics that support the agents' overall growth and success.
Accountability Partners

Week 3: DISC+ Marketing
DISC+ Personality Assessment, creating a DISC+ informed marketing plan, creating your GPS.

Week 4: Conversion Campaigns
Marketing campaigns that convert, long-term nurture, buyer and seller conversion campaigns, annual marketing planner.

Week 5: Go Online
Establishing your online presence, creating leverage through social media, knowing when and where to post.

Week 6: Farming
How to feed your database, meeting new people, asking for referrals.

Week 7: Listings
Creating your listing presentation, demonstrating your value in the listing appointment.

Week 8: DISC+ Informed Event
Final program project is the DISC+ informed event - getting agents face-to-face with their database.

When are weekly agent group meetings?
Unless there is a conflict that impacts everyone (large industry events, holidays), weekly group meetings are on Mondays. Agents may attend either the 9am PST or the 2pm PST meeting.
Can dual-career agents participate?

Do I start all my agents at the same time?
Everyone launches the program in the way that best suites their situation. We can share with you how others have launched and enrolled their agents during your program demo – we’ll also discuss this during Certified RAMP UP Coach Training.
